 1957 – Founded in New Jersey by John, Donald and Robert Harkins .

 1970 – Entered into Avionics  Manufacturing for McDonnell Douglas and Boeing .

 1980 –  Primary Supplier of Molded Power and Data Cables for the IBM PC Company.

 1988 –  Entered “Fiber Optic Cable” Market with DEC Support.

 1992 –  IBM Advanced Connectivity System Partner. (Extensive Training Courses)

 1995 –  Purchased IBM Opto-electronic Laboratory. (OLP)

 1996 –  Developed and Qualified ESCON Connector and Assemblies.

 1998 –  Developed a MCP Solution for GbE in collaboration with Hewlett Packard .

 1999 –  Selected by IBM as a “Core” Supplier for both MT-RJ and LC Products.

 2001 –  Chosen by Compaq / HP as the Preferred Fiber Optic Cable Supplier.

 2007 –  Qualified Fiber optical assembly supplier to ADC.
